I am always amazed how easy it is to lose weight when you follow this formula -The Optimalbody method - I am here to share with you my secret formula so that you do not have to struggle again to lose weight, look younger, and most importantly become healthy again. If you are blood type B here is what you should know about your diet, weight gain factors, and what lectins are compromising your immune system. Get familiarized with these key factors to have your health and weight under control.
Weight gain factors:
The bigger factors for weight gain are corn, buckwheat, lentils, peanuts, and sesame seeds. Each affecting the body in a similar way, slowing down the metabolism, increasing fatigue, fluids retention, and hypoglycemia which is a sudden drop down in sugar levels right after eating the meal. Certain foods trigger the drop-down in the blood sugar -especially for your blood type B like Lentils, beans, corn, and wheat.
To lose weight
Type B should choose mostly green vegetables, eggs, liver, and licorice tea but avoid chicken, corn, peanuts, and wheat.
Avoid Nightshades vegetables
Eggplant, tomatoes, green and red pepper, Zucchini, and potatoes should be out of your list because they are very acidic and promote inflammation of the gut.
Here are a few examples of proper meals that include foods that will build your gut health.
