The blueberries almond vegan shake is a blend of fresh or frozen blueberries with some greens such as sunflower sprouts in one cup of good quality almond milk which makes it a perfect vigan recipe for the summer. Adding Hemp protein to it is another option- this will make the shake a complete meal enriched with Omega3, vegan protein and antioxidants. 

This shake is very easy to prepare and refreshing at the same time - if you are longing for a smooth creamy texture this is the one You should consider preparing.

The blueberries shake is filled with powerful living foods (. Sprouts) enriched with antioxidants, enzymes and vitamins- I will shortly describe the main health benefits  of this shake but first let’s get into the ingriedients:

 

Ingredients: 

1 cup Almond milk 

1 cup fresh blueberries 

1-2 cups sunflower sprouts 

1  small banana (if you are wantching your sugar give this up)

1/2 apple 

 

Preparation
