This berries creamy Jello is perfect for the autumn season - it has a smooth creamy texture and subtle sweetness that will not raise your sugar level due to the use of Kudzu, a Japanese root starch also used in conjunction of stomach and digestion remedy. The Kudzu is also used for digestion problems and helps people who are suffering from irritable bowel syndrome - adding this root starch to a liquid thicken the broth and gives it a very soothing affect thus neutralizing acidity.
The agar agar flex- are rich in calcium and some minerals.
2 cups of frozen berries
1 cup of fresh berries or sliced apples
3-4 cups water
2 table spoons kudzu
4 tsp of agar agar - to create a natural jello
1 table spoon raw honey ( optional)
dissolve the kudzu in the 1/4 cup of water
add to a pan with the fruits
Add all liquids and the agar agar - mix well while cooking ubtil the agar flex are dissolved.
remove cool it down before placing in a blender ( you may add the honey now)
and place into serving dishes - let it cool first -at this stage you may want to add raw berries or slices of raw aples to create a delicious mix of textures.
and then place into the refrogirator until jello is formed.
