Almond Flour Bread

The almond gluten free bread can easily replace any bread. 
Here is an easy recipe for low-carb, dairy free and Gluten free almond bread … with only a few steps!
My favorite gluten-free sandwich is with toasted Almond bread, miso tahini spread, and sprouts. You will feel how easy it is to stay on this low carb diet gluten free - you don't have to give up the pleasure of eating, you will only need to change the ingredients of what you eat. 
The low-carb almond flour bread perfectly slices for a low-carb sandwich, toasted, or even used for a bread stuffing.

Diet: Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Grain-free, LCHF, Low Carb, No Sugars, Paleo, Wheat Free
Diet: Diabetic, Gluten-Free
 
 

You will need the following Equipment

  • A mixing ball 

  • Measuring cup or spoon 
  • A loaf pan 

Ingredients

200 g of almond flour 

2 tsp of baking powder

20 g of psyllium husk

3 eggs 

1 tsp salt 

Coconut oil 50 g (make sure it is melted)

Warm water - 125 ml  

 Instructions

  • Place all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the eggs, coconut oil, and warm water. Mix until combined well. Do not over mix.
  • Pour into a lined loaf tin or a silicone loaf tin. Bake at 180C/350F for 30 minutes, or until golden on the outside and cooked thoroughly inside. It appears some ovens require a longer cooking time, so please be guided by your oven.
