This recipe doesnt contain gluten and is free of traces of gluten. I have created this simple Almond Pita bread FREE OF GLUTEN low in carbs- sugar-free yet it is so tasty. This is such an easy recipe and fun to prepare while your guests are still hanging around - imagine how delicious this small pita breads are while pulling them out of the oven.
2 cups of almond flour
1/2 cup water
3 table spoons coconut oil
2 small organic eggs
3 table spoons Psyllium fibers
a pinch of sea salt

Mix all ingredients Well
place on top of a baking sheet a large spoon of the mix ( brush it before with coconut oil to avoid sticking of the bread)
place it in the oven at 200 degrees
Bake about 15-20 minutes or until ready
serve with honey or blueberries jam
