TERMS OF DELIVERY
Take advantage of the delivery offered for any order without minimum purchase. Cumulative offer.
Your order is processed the same day as far as possible or the next business day.
When your order is prepared and shipped, it is taken care of by the selected carrier. The delivery time can take up to 5 to 8 days.
Please note that the preparation time can take up to 24 hours.
If the ordered product did not fully meet your expectations, you can return the said product, unused and in perfect condition, in a very simple way.
If your return decision results from an error from LEORASHOP (if the products received are not in accordance with your order or if the contents of the package is damaged), the shipping costs will also be refunded.
Products purchased online can not be refunded or exchanged at an authorized distributor. Similarly, a product purchased from an authorized distributor can not be returned online.
GUARANTEE SATISFIED OR REFUNDED
You can return your item for free if you are not completely satisfied. Please note that this warranty applies only to products purchased on www.LEORASHOP.com and the shipment is limited to France.
We do not exchange returned products but you can get a full refund of your original order if the return period is respected.
Please also note that for make-up products we try to represent our hues as accurately as possible. However, the hues you will see may vary slightly from one screen to another.
SIMPLE AND FREE RETURNS
You have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to return your products if they do not suit you. All returns are refunded under the same payment method as the original order.
If you received a FREE product or GIFT with your order, you must include them when you return to receive a full refund. However, you can keep the samples received in your order, it's yours, enjoy! Products returned beyond 30 days after the delivery date can not be refunded.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
For defective or incorrect products, you can return them and get a refund or contact our Customer Service
FREE RETURN PROCEDURE
1 / Complete the return slip located in the envelope of your package.
2 / Paste the prepaid return label, present in your order, on the outside of the parcel to return.
If you do not have this prepaid return label, please contact our Customer Service
3 / Keep the proof of deposit indicating your parcel number.
4 / Your return will take 3 to 5 business days to return to our warehouse. Upon receipt, the refund will be made within 1 to 2 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5-7 days to view the refund on your account.
Return a product offered:
If the product offered does not suit you or if it is damaged, return it under the same conditions. It will be refunded to the person who ordered it.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order and payment are validated: LEORASHOP sends you a first e-mail confirmation of your order.
When your order is prepared and shipped:
You also receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. In this second email, you will find a package number. By clicking on the link to the Colissimo order tracking placed in this e-mail and entering the parcel number in the location provided on the site, you can access the tracking of your package. If there is a problem, contact customer service by e-mail or phone.
Order tracking in your personal area "My account":
You can track the status of your order online in the "My Orders" section.
Your order is either:
- In progress: you have not finalized your order yet, it is current of your basket
- Paid: you receive your order confirmation email
- In preparation: your order is being prepared by the logistics center.
- Shipped: we inform you by e-mail when it is delivered to the Post office.
- Delivered: the order has been received, the invoice has been sent by e-mail.
PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED
From the confirmation of shipment of your order, the products are delivered within a period of 14 to 21 days. Delivery time does not include Sundays and holidays. This delay can be extended by two days for Corsica.
