USE your imagination -Fix in your mind the exact amount of money you desire , be specific as to the amount and the frame time for example in the end of June I want to make 20000 euros , same when it comes to your weight – be specific , define your goals and use your imagination to see how you will look and feel, what pants are you wearing? How is your waist feeling when wearing a tight blouse, etc. how much you want to weight write it down? If you have other markers you want to improve such as cholesterol or sugar level etc. defines them too.
  2. What do you intend to give back in return for this money or abundance in your health? write it down because you see in life something always trades for something, and it will never trade for nothing. Are you going to help your mom? how much are you going to give here? Are you going to teach your friends the secretes of health in return for what you got?
  3. Establish a definite date when you intend to possess the money you desire, the house you desire, the body you desire, the love or health.
  4. Create a definite plan as to how you are going to carry out your desire, and begin at once. Whether you are ready or not to put this plan into action. You see action are the only way we demonstrate to the universe our intention, do not procrastinate to tomorrow because now is the perfect moment to start.
  5. Write out a clear concise statement of the amount of money, (weight in kilos or pounds, or other markers) that you want achieve , name the time money for its acquisition, how you intend to give back , write a detailed plan how you intend to accumulate the money.
  6. Read your written statement loud twice daily, in the morning and before retrieving to your bed. As you read see and feel and believe yourself already as if this had already happened. As if you posses the money, the weight, the body your desire and the health and love you want.
